For the past 9 years, I have been working as a Life Coach and speaker, helping people create strategies to overcome their challenges in order to create the freedom and fulfillment that they are looking for and enable them to make it happen by sharing specific tools and scientifically tested techniques that work.

There’s a lot of significance in the words written by Shakespeare in the play Hamlet back in 1564, ‘To thine own self be true!’

No matter what life throws at you, you have the power within you to rise like the phoenix and live a life of intention. Never give up on yourself, never!

I’ve had to go through many traumatic events to get me to where I am now, and that’s okay! I never gave up on my dreams, I never gave up on me. There’s only one person on this planet that can help you and that’s yourself. Until we all come to understand this, we will feel confused, trapped and frustrated.
